The pairing is weak because of the fuzziness. The inside spaces of the text needs to be white, and the pattern sharpened.

Same tiling problems as before...maybe i should have a compound shape made out of the tiles? Its. too busy. The text is good though.

The most successful of the series, the text needs to be bigger and the fun lines need to continue upward.
If not mentioned, the elements not mentioned were generally "fine" or "good", I didn't want 9 paragraphs of "the pairing was good" etc.

ReplyDeletePairing: I feel overall the pairings are weak. I am lost in the differences of them, maybe reshoot them?
Legibility: as we discussed I am not a fan of the horizontal tiling. I get confused and extremely distracted.
well crafted: on collage 3 make sure the squiggly lines match up perfectly with there they are going.
Type: I enjoy the type the only one that I would say needs fixed is on collage 3, the type should be bigger. I also think in collage 1 the type should be filled in with a color instead of picking up the gray background colors.
Overall: I am really only seeing collage 3 as a poster that would work. The other two collages are distracting and confusing.
Communication: Again I think that the images need to be reworked and the communication of the Imagery will work better.
